If you are under the age of majority in your country (under 18 in the UK), you may use StudyBench AI only if a parent or legal guardian has added you from their own account and has accepted these terms on your behalf.

22. Permitted Use & Code of Conduct

• Permitted Uses: Personal homework study, curriculum revision, whiteboard problem solving, past paper practice, and teacher classroom preparation.
• Prohibited Uses: Automated scraping of lesson banks, reverse engineering of platform algorithms, attempting to bypass rate limits or quotas, and posting abusive, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content in Study Groups.

33. Subscriptions, Daily Quotas & Fair Use

• Free Tier: Provides daily complimentary AI step-by-step doubt solving and lesson access resetting every 24 hours.
• Pro / Premium Tier: Grants enhanced computational capabilities, full PDF Vault revision exports, and interactive animated board derivations.
• Cancellations & Refunds: Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time through the billing dashboard without penalty. Refund requests comply with statutory consumer rights in your respective jurisdiction.

44. AI Model Output & Educational Disclaimer

While StudyBench AI utilizes state-of-the-art neural reasoning and mathematical engines, AI-generated solutions may occasionally contain inaccuracies or hallucinations. Students are strongly encouraged to verify formulas and derivations against their official national curriculum textbooks (e.g., NCERT, Cambridge, Edexcel, or Sri Lanka NIE textbooks) prior to formal examinations.

55. Intellectual Property & User Content

Users retain complete ownership over their original notes and study uploads. StudyBench AI retains all proprietary rights, copyright, and trade secrets in the platform software, whiteboard rendering engines, UI design, and AI orchestration pipelines.
